Evelyn City Lofts offers a select number of apartments at reduced rent to support local working professionals — including teachers, emergency services, healthcare staff, public employees, and tradespeople.
Proof of Income Required
The documentation needed for proof of income is 90 days of bank statements and 60 days of pay stubs. Applicants must show proof of income totaling at least 3x the monthly rent.
Are You a Qualified Applicant?
The Evelyn City Lofts Workforce Housing Density Program offers a number of apartment homes where applicants may qualify if their household income falls under the 80% and 120% AMI (Area Median Income) range.
