The process begins with completing a rental application and submitting the required documentation. Once submitted, our team will review your application and typically provide a decision within 72 hours. If approved, you’ll receive instructions to sign your lease electronically and pay your move-in costs to secure your apartment. After that, we’ll schedule your move-in appointment and get you ready for your new home. 

To apply, you will need a completed rental application for each applicant, a valid government-issued ID, 60 days of your most recent pay stubs, and 60 days of bank statements. Additional documentation may be required depending on your application type (such as self-employment or guarantor information).

At Evelyn City Lofts, we offer flexible lease terms ranging from 7 to 15 months to fit your lifestyle, moving timeline, and apartment living needs.

Tours at Evelyn City Lofts are available during office hours based on scheduling availability. Tour hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Evelyn City Lofts offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes designed for modern loft living in Tampa, FL.  

Rent is paid monthly through our secure resident portal and resident mobile app, making online rent payments quick and convenient for Evelyn City Lofts residents.  

Residents are responsible for a monthly Smart Bundle which includes parking, pest control, valet trash service, and cable/internet. In addition, there is a flat-rate water and sewer fee. Residents are also responsible for setting up and paying their own Tampa Electric (TECO) account directly based on usage. We exclusively partner with Spectrum as our internet provider. Your Smart Bundle includes internet service with speeds up to 500/500 Mbps. Residents also have the option to upgrade directly through Spectrum for higher-speed internet packages if desired. 

All apartment homes are offered unfurnished. However, we do partner with CORT Furniture Rental if you would like to furnish your home. Corporate housing options may also be available through third-party providers. Please contact the leasing office for more information and assistance with short-term or corporate stay arrangements.  

Our apartment homes feature modern interior finishes including LG stainless steel appliances, stylish white cabinetry, quartz countertops, and hardwood-style flooring for elevated Tampa apartment living. 

Apartment homes at Evelyn City Lofts include smart home features such as smart locks, mobile access technology, smart thermostats, and other convenient connected living features. 

Evelyn City Lofts offers upscale community amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, resident clubhouse, business center, outdoor lounge spaces, dog park, pet spa, package room, secure bike storage, controlled access entry, and convenient parking. 

Evelyn City Lofts has a five-story parking garage connected directly to the building. Residents are required to have a parking decal and permit for garage access.

Evelyn City Lofts is a pet-friendly community. Residents are allowed a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. 

Breed restrictions apply, including but not limited to: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamute, Kangal, German Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, as well as reptiles, rabbits, and pot-bellied pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also not permitted.

Yes, guest parking options are available near the community, including surrounding street parking and designated guest areas within the parking garage based on availability. Contact our leasing team for current guest parking guidelines.
