To apply, you will need a completed rental application for each applicant, a valid government-issued ID, 60 days of your most recent pay stubs, and 60 days of bank statements. Utilities and Payments
Rent is paid monthly through our secure resident portal and resident mobile app, making online rent payments quick and convenient for Evelyn City Lofts residents.
Residents are responsible for a monthly Smart Bundle which includes parking, pest control, valet trash service, and cable/internet. In addition, there is a flat-rate water and sewer fee. Residents are also responsible for setting up and paying their own Tampa Electric (TECO) account directly based on usage. We exclusively partner with Spectrum as our internet provider. Your Smart Bundle includes internet service with speeds up to 500/500 Mbps. Residents also have the option to upgrade directly through Spectrum for higher-speed internet packages if desired.

Breed restrictions apply, including but not limited to: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamute, Kangal, German Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, as well as reptiles, rabbits, and pot-bellied pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also not permitted.
