Move-in timing depends on apartment readiness and screening completion, but our leasing team works to keep the process streamlined and fast.
The process begins with completing a rental application and submitting the required documentation. Once submitted, our team will review your application and typically provide a decision within 72 hours. If approved, you’ll receive instructions to sign your lease electronically and pay your move-in costs to secure your apartment. After that, we’ll schedule your move-in appointment and get you ready for your new home.
To apply, you will need a completed rental application for each applicant, a valid government-issued ID, 60 days of your most recent pay stubs, and 60 days of bank statements. Additional documentation may be required depending on your application type (such as self-employment or guarantor information).

Utilities and Payments
Rent is paid monthly through our secure resident portal and resident mobile app, making online rent payments quick and convenient for Evelyn City Lofts residents.
In addition to base rent, residents are enrolled in our Club Evelyn Bundle for $155 per month. This bundled fee covers several services and amenities, including:

All apartment homes are offered unfurnished. However, we do partner with CORT Furniture Rental if you would like to furnish your home.
